Our History

Community Medical Wellness Centers USA “CMWC” a non-profit corporation established on Apr 6, 2011, has a mission to provide quality health care and health education in impoverished communities.

CMWC operates four clinics, one in the heart of Cambodia Town in the City of Long Beach, one in Khemara, Bellflower and one in the city of Sylmar, where it provides general and primary care services to low income families.

CMWC`s staff specialized in understanding and working with patients suffering with post-traumatic stress syndrome and other mental health illnesses. CMWC was approved as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) as of Oct 13,2015.
