Community Medical Wellness Centers USA is a non-profit, federally qualified health center serving the communities in Los Angeles, California.

Our clinic offers our patients high quality patient care and health education to those under-served and uninsured in Southern California.

We offer the community access to dental, medical and mental health care and believe in comprehensive, educational healthcare for individuals and families. As part of the community that we serve, our goal is our patients wellness.
