Our Values
Community Medical Wellness Centers USA is a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center serving communities in Los Angeles County California. CMWC offers low income, under-served and uninsured patients high quality patient care, health education and supportive services. We believe in comprehensive patient centered care for individuals and families. We are part of the community we serve and we strive to support our patients wellness.
CMWC provides a comprehensive, coordinated approach to patient centered care including Medical, Behavioral Health, Dental Care and Community Based Services. We are proud of our ability to serve patients with many different cultural backgrounds and language needs and particularly patients from the Cambodian community of Long Beach. We can provide care in Spanish, Khmer, English and many other languages through our readily available interpreter services.

Do you need assistance with insurance?
CMWC is a Federally Qualified Health Center and provides care to patients in our community regardless of ability to pay. We can help you enroll in any and all health insurance or health plans to which you are eligible. In addition, legal residents of California may also be eligible to buy health coverage through Covered California. Never hesitate to ask for our help.
